Service wind-down
Offramp officially announces full platform wind-down; physical and virtual cards deactivated July 31
Offramp's official announcement ("were-shutting-down-offramp") details a phased wind-down timeline: physical and virtual card services were deactivated and mobile apps discontinued on 2026-07-31; deposits and crypto withdrawals halted on 2026-09-30; the entire platform permanently shuts down on 2026-12-31 with all remaining balances forfeited. Status updated from regional to winddown.

ATM limits & FX scope
Added physical card ATM limits ($250/tx, $750/24h) and clarified 1.5% FX includes Visa's 1% fee
Offramp's official Fees & Limits help article (47639697235225) specifies that the 1.5% FX fee on non-USD purchases includes Visa's 1% base FX fee, and that physical card ATM withdrawals (charged at 2%) are capped at $250 per transaction and $750 per 24-hour period (up to 3 withdrawals). Virtual cards do not support ATM withdrawals.
-
Fee correction
The physical card costs a flat $100, not a region-dependent shipping fee
The official help centre lists $100 for a first physical card and $100 for a replacement, with $0 issuance and annual fee for the virtual card; 2% ATM withdrawals are physical-card only and the virtual card cannot withdraw cash. The fee field previously said physical-card shipping varied by region, understating the real cost.
-
Zero Annual Fee
Introduces virtual Visa card with zero annual and issuance fees
Enables direct spending from self-custodial on-chain stablecoins, specifying baseline fees of ~1.5% for foreign transactions and ~2% for global ATMs.

The fee and reward fields preserve the card’s last published wording and do not mean those terms still apply. Current availability follows the official sources and verification date listed on the profile.

What to do next
Deadlines the issuer has given
The issuer has not published a deadline that is still in effect.
This site’s general checklist
The following is not an instruction from the issuer. It is this site’s general advice for any card being retired.
- Stop topping up the card or its account, so the balance does not sit with a party that has stopped operating.
- Move the balance back to a wallet or account you control before the service ends; the withdrawal route usually closes before the card itself does.
- Go through every recurring charge tied to this card, especially AI and streaming subscriptions, and move them to the new card before cancelling the old one.
- Keep the shutdown notice, withdrawal records and ticket numbers as evidence for any later claim or appeal.
- Pick a backup card on a different network or from a different issuer, so a single channel failure does not take both down at once.
