Offer deadline
Invity’s 1.5% lifetime cashback application and €240/month strategy condition close
The official card page says the 1.5% lifetime rate requires applying by 2026-11-30 and maintaining a recurring strategy of at least €240 a month; tiers that do not qualify receive 1% (Regular / Frequent / Busy) or 0% (Basic) from 2026-12-01. The €240 is a tier and offer condition, not a monthly-fee waiver threshold.

Asset-migration deadline
Zeal asks users to move assets by 2026-12-01
Zeal’s website says ether.fi acquired part of Zeal, and that accounts, keys and funds do not transfer automatically, so users must move assets themselves by 2026-12-01. That is the asset-handling deadline; it is distinct from Gnosis Pay card services ending on 2026-12-20. The issuer gives no specific time for the app shutdown.

To do before the deadline
The issuer requires transaction history to be exported before 20 December, and recurring payments listed
The formal notice requires cardholders to download or export their transaction history and note the card’s last four digits and expiry date before 2026-12-20, and recommends listing recurring payments and subscriptions beforehand and telling each merchant to change the payment method. None of that data can be retrieved once the web app closes, so it has to be done before the deadline; the notice also recommends confirming you can reach your Safe without the web app.

Service Termination
Consumer card and web app confirmed to stop working at 23:59 UTC on 2026-12-20
Official materials confirm that the consumer card and the web app both stop working at 23:59 UTC on 2026-12-20, matching the termination date given in the earlier notice. After that date Gnosis Pay's consumer-facing service is no longer available, and how service continues depends on whether the account can be migrated to a partner app.

Service deadline
Picnic existing cards and migration deadline: 2026-12-20 23:59 UTC
The official help centre says existing Picnic cards work until 2026-12-20 23:59 UTC, after which accounts move to the new Gnosis Pay infrastructure with balances unchanged but Apple Pay / Google Pay must be re-added. First-time card orders have been paused since 2026-09-22, and the issuer only says it expects to reopen in late October 2026 without a confirmed date; GNO cashback ended on 2026-01-31.

Service Termination
Card services end by 2026-12-20, the same day as the Gnosis Pay termination
Gnosis Pay’s official help centre states that “Zeal’s card services will be wound up by 20 December 2026” and advises users to move out or withdraw funds before that date. The date matches the shutdown for Gnosis Pay’s own consumer card and web app, which all lapse together at 23:59 UTC that day. The site has therefore reclassified Zeal from an active regional card to one winding down.
